Latest customer satisfaction figures

Our latest customer satisfaction figures show that overall satisfaction with Leeds Fed's services has dipped slightly to 85.3%. However, our repairs and maintenance service is 81.9% that’s an increase of 2.2%.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want to offer a good level of service that our customers feel is value for money.
We are currently reviewing how we deliver our services and would like to thank every customer who has taken part in the telephone surveys and given valuable feedback. Your views are being listened to and are used to inform our service reviews.
