Latest customer satisfaction figures

Our latest Customer Satisfaction figures show improvements in listening to customer's views has risen to 70.7% that's an increase of 1.7%. With overall satisfaction with Leeds Federated's services at 85.4% for quarter 3, a slight decrease of 1.3%.
Customer satisfaction is important to us. We want to offer a good level of service that our customers feel is value for money.
We are currently reviewing how we deliver our services and would like to thank every customer who has taken part in the telephone surveys and given valuable feedback. Your views are being listened to and are used to inform our service reviews.
