We are making some changes to the way we manage our Rent Statements.

ONLY customers in arrears will continue to receive paper-based Rent Statements in the post.
These paper-based statements will be in a new format designed to be easier to read and understand.
The first new look statements for those customers in arrears will be sent out by post from 22 October 2019. 
  1. Via My Account:
Customers not in arrears will no longer receive paper-based Rent Statements in the post.
All customers will continue to be able to view their Rent Statements online via My Account. There will be no changes to the format of online statements at this stage.
