Our latest customer satisfaction results for Quarter 2 of 2018/19 show that overall satisfaction with our services is 84.3%. We have also seen a rise of 3.4% rise in customer satisfaction with repairs to 82.3% compared to the previus quarter.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want to offer a good level of service that our customers feel provides value for money. 
We are currently reviewing how we deliver our services and would like to thank every customer who has taken part in the telephone surveys and given valuable feedback. We listen to your views and use what you tell us to inform our service reviews.
