Satisfaction with our services is 85.7%, a rise of 1.4% from the last quarter. We have also seen a rise of 1.7% rise in customer satisfaction with the quality of their homes compared to the previous quarter.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want to offer a good level of service that our customers feel provides value for money.
